the main reason a lot of smaller car dealers won't take credit cards is the fee's, they can be charged upto 10% of the purchase price by the card company, bigger chains can negotiate a better rate, also should the car turn out to be a lemon then the buyer can just turn to the card company to sort it out and they can do a charge back (so the dealer loses out big time)

getting cash out on a credit card is a really silly thing to do, especially if you have the cash elsewhere, or you're getting some soon, just wait for it.

to be honest op you're not covering yourself in glory on this one, it does make you sound like your upto something very dodgy.
