If you add an extra check digit the e-banking application should accept it, except if the resulting number becomes longer than 27 digits.

Quick Tip: If you have an app from your bank in your phone, there is a chance that has a code reader, which lets you read the white section at the bottom right corner of the slip, and that makes everything SUPER easy to pay it...

Just a bit more than a year and we will see the new "Einzahlungsscheine" on our bills:

Just to add to the discussion: UBS has a "Safe" where you can copy all your statements and keep the "for ever" This way you can prove any transfer you have made using your online banking.

Don't think so. The QR code simply contains the encoded payment details you see on the right. You're still free to enter them manually.
