A EU on short-term work (and stay) in Switzerland <90days

with the following permit:

Does he need to pay taxes in Switzerland in the same way as someone with permit B?

Is the employer a Swiss company?

The employer it is ME. I am not Swiss but EU, with B permit and working 100%.

The employee will live at my place (at my expenses) and I will employ her part time 25% as a nanny. She will not have any other job.
She will stay in CH only during contract time: 10 weeks.

There's a simplified procedure for short-term domestic help. Usually taxes are aound 5%. SVA Zurich has this information - check with the Ausgleichskasse (de) / Caisse de compensation (fr) in your canton.
