| | Baby born -- less tax?
Hello all
Married (employed) to a non emaloyed woman (student), both are non-EU, we have a baby now. Will it affect on my taxes? (which are extremely law anyway, since my wife is unemployed)

Can´t help you on that BUT ... I do know that some Gemeindes give a gift to the mother of the newborn. Some in cash, others in kind
Congrats!

There will be Swiss tax relief, take the birth certificate and show it to your employer.

Just out of curiosity: the more children one has, the lower is the tax?

Yes, but don't expect too much!
Enter your details and find out how much tax you will save, http://www.steueramt.zh.ch/internet/...erechnung.html | This user would like to thank Sbrinz for this useful post: | |

Are there any textile mills nearby?
