Cheap usually doesn't refer to price but rather, to valuation and prospects.

I sold off 2/3 of my Fundsmith holdings and bought Imperial Tobacco.

Day of reckoning for FB on Wednesday night. Strong potential for the stock to tank as growth is about to hit a wall.

Results are much better than I was expecting, exceeding on almost every measure, but like last quarter, I don't think investors care nor consider it enough. The growth crunch is approaching quickly.

I think MS fell out of favour due to Ballmer. But Nadella has done all the right things. Slack is going to remind everyone what a behemoth MS is. I think their cloud business prospects are far better than Google's and maybe even Amazon's.

It's Fundsmith's second biggest holding.

After yesterday's trade there's a glimpse of hope that FB will be getting up to speed again. Financial analysis looks good and they are creating more jobs. What's your prediction for final stock's price to be reached in the future?

In the 'Future' will be substantially higher, however I think it could fall a long way from here in the near future. Once a 'dream' stock looses it's dream status it could under perform for a long time, the dramatic fall is only about 10%

The market is pricing in all kinds of imagined Trump effect. I'd wait a few quarters for a reality check.

We are still within post-election American Dream phase and this is a Dream Stocks time.

How much higher (you can use FS as a reference)?

I know what you mean. It's basically like every stocks inevitable fortune and this "someday" will come. Hopefully not too soon.

The reduction of Corporate taxation from 35% to 10% on foreign profits kept overseas is worth a huge amount to investors. I think the markets will be very strong, companies such as Apple will bring a lot of cash to the USA. The USD strengthening will eventually have a negative effect on the markets.

I agree with this. Although this should typically happen after they've actually reduced it. Any hit to that perception will likely cause this build up to come tumbling down. So if going in at this rate, one should keep an ear to the ground for anything that challenges that perception.

I'm also pretty sure it will happen, short of some unexpected shenanigans.

Very true. At the moment majority of my NASDAQ investments perform solid. The only stock in my portfolio that feels like "a poo in the backyard" which's spoiling all fun is ABB purchased on SIX. The SMI good for long long term but real short term gems to be found are at the US market right now.

As Warren Buffet has famously said, betting against the US has been a bad bet at any time over the last 200 years. The S&P 500 is a good index to tack for the risk averse & will likely outperform 90% of fund managers over the long term.
