Ltd Company vs Payroll

Hi,

I have recently started as a contractor (BPermit), I am using the agents payroll. In the UK I had my own LTD company which I closed before coming to CH. It was very beneficial in the UK to do so.

My question is, does it make a massive difference to earnings here in CH?
Can you claim your travel and other expenses such as laptops ect like in the UK?

Is there a calculator which shows the benefits?

Thanks in Advance ,
