Living in Geneva. Working in Zurich. What is tax deductible?

Hi,

I live in Geneva and work in Zurich during the week (Wochenaufenthalter (weekly worker)). Can anyone clarify what exactly I can deduct for tax purposes? I'm assuming my travel costs are one. I keep receipts as an AG (season ticket) is not quite worth it if you use the offers the cff have. I was wondering if my second apartment costs is deductible too as this is costing me a fortune, 2500 chf a month. Anybody know if this is the case or if anything else is too? Thanks for your help.

Tim

Travel costs are able to be claimed however I am sure there is a limit of about 300-500CHF

Having a second apartment is a choice and most unlikely to be deductible

Hi
your CFF costs are deductible up to the costs of the GA (Generalabonnement).
The cost of your flat are deductible as well, at least partly (depends on the Size of the flats).
