Is it Possible to Claim Tax Exemption on the Health Insurance for the amount the Invididual has paid from his own pocket as he had a higher Franchise ?

Your only allowed to deduct 2400 in several (most) cantons (1700 Bund) unless medical bills exceed 10% of income
