Re: how to make tax-deductible 2nd pillar contributions?

Hello,

Sorry to revive this thread.
I've arrived in to Switzerland a a little less than 5 years.
I've became aware that my 1st and 2nd pillar has some gaps and to filling those gaps brings me Tax benefits.

What prevents me to fill those gaps a bit each year and therefore saving in Tax?
My question: Is there a correlation of how much I can benefit from Tax incentive in filling up my 2nd pillar?

eg: One of the reason there is a limit to the 3rd pillar is exactly for this purpose.
Is there a similar limit to fill the gaps in the 2nd pillar?
