Standing order and orange payment slips

Hey all!

I'm looking to set up a standing order with Postfinance so I don't have to go to the post office every month to pay my rent. I found the form I need to fill up, but I notice there's instructions to attach available orange payment slips. Do I really need to send the bank all of them? I guess I'm just paranoid, but I'd really rather have a few hard copies on hand just in case. The reference number is the same on all the payments slips too, so I'm guessing it should be okay if I don't send all in?

Any help is appreciated!

PS the link to the form is here:

Re: Standing order and orange payment slips

If you have a postfinance account then you have access online. You can make your standing orders online and edit them anytime you need to.

Re: Standing order and orange payment slips

If you have several and all are the same, the bank 'needs' just one to cross check your entries.

Most likely they will scan the provided slip, so that they do not have to type your hand written numbers from the form into the computer.

Re: Standing order and orange payment slips

if you have bills you don't want o set up a standing order or direct debit for you can pay any orange slip bill online, rather than go to the post office.
