Question about making online payment via bank account

I placed an order for a crock pot online and chose the option to pay for my order via bank transfer. I have done this in the past with good success. But when I was given the bank details of where to send the money, the account number was missing. This is the information they give:

Unsere Kontodaten:
Empfänger : CHAL-TEC GmbH
Bank: PostFinance
IBAN: CH3909000000857916041
BIC: POFICHBEXXX
Verwendungszweck: OR372679-KD2874416

(I'm not over-sharing since this information is publicly available on their website.)

The first thing my online payment form asks for is the account number which I believe is 9 digits long. I feel as though I am missing some information. Either the account number, or a way to glean the account number from the above information. Any ideas?

That's what I tried to do right before asking here. All phone lines are currently busy.

The clue is in the name. International Bank Account Number. Your online bank access should have a means of paying just using the IBAN.

Re: Question about making online payment via bank account

It depends on which bank you use but for credit Suisse if you want to do an online payment using just the IBAN number you have to choose the domestic transfer ( I think that's what it's called) option for payment.
