Tax on purchase of apartment how much should it be?

I recently purchased a studio for 270 000chf and I knew at some point along with the other bills there would be a tax bill.

I estimated it to be 2500chf but have received a bill for 9000chf much to the shock of my low budget.

Is this normal and how is it normally calculated?.
Thanks for your help

That seems right. The tax is 3-3.5%, can't remember how much we paid. It was in that region.
