salary slip evaluation

Hi,
I really cannot understand my salary slip and don't want to ask my
payroll about it. Just because.
Are there any 3rd party companies or professionals who can evaluate
my pay slip and help me understand whether things are right ?
Thanks.

Re: salary slip evaluation

Hi K,
Normally one has deductions for:
- Pension (2nd Saule)
- AHV (Social security) and IV (national accident insurance)
- Taggeld (Illness insurance)
- withholding tax (if you not swiss and make less then 120K)
- Accident insurance while not on the job (May be paid for by your Employer)
If you have a child you should get kinderzulage.

Other wise, If you have any questions over a certain point, feel free to send a message.

Actually not quite right there:

Pensionskasse (description here may vary but it is the job related 2nd saule)
AHV (State pension scheme - 1st saule)
IV (disability insurance)
ALV (unemployment insurance)
NBV (non employment related accident insurance)
Plus maybe witholding tax

On the plus side if you've got kids you might receive FAK (child benefit)
