Using home address as correspondence for an assocation.

Have searched with no luck.

A group of 18 owners will be collectively paying for snowploughing of a private road next winter. We will be an owners association.
Some of these owners have their normal place of residence overseas.

I too am an owner and the unpaid secretary for the administration of this association. If I give my home address in Switzerland as a "care of" address for correspondence to the group, including sending the bill for snowploughing, are there any implications for me under Swiss legislation? My home address is rented.

Thanks

Annie

Re: Using home address as correspondence for an assocation.

Try a PO Box number. Collect the mail at the local post office. These are free , as the postie doesn't have to deliver...

I'm the treasurer of our choir. The choir is domiciled at my home address. More particularly all correspondence from the bank comes to me directly. Absolutely no problem.

For good form, you need to name of the association and your name on the address for all correspondence. This way the Post Office knows that you are the person receiving the letter. As well, any invoices are clearly in the name of the association.
