Creating and Sending Pink Slips

Hi,

I am in an alumni club and we often need to collect payments from members on events. Its a pain in cash or transfer.

We'd like to set up a system for members to be able to order events online and then pay by pink slip. Eventbrite and others require a credit card so are not 100% Swiss friendly.

Does anybody know of such a solution? We use Credit Suisse as a bank.

thanks

Credit Suisse will issue you with your own pink slips. You just have to order them.
Be sure to ask about the fees/charges, though. In some banks there is a FEE (no R) to the receiver when money is paid in by pink slip, as opposed to FREE (with R) to receive money by direct transfer (e-banking).

If those members of your club, pay what is owed via Post office, they will charge a minimum of 1.50.-CHF for handling it. The higher the amount they pay in via Post office, the higher the charges

Like doropfiz says, best would be to pay via online banking, so when you hand out the pink slips, add a note asking the member to pay via the bank and not post office,

What about PayPal?

Pink slips- always makes me laugh as 'slip' in French = womens' knickers
