Health care costs tax deductible Vaud?

I have a question completing my first VaudTax return using their software.

My question is if health insurance premiums are tax delectable? My understanding health care costs are deductible if they are greater than 5% of your income. However code 710 of the form to enter bills only has the following options:

For entering a bill suggesting this form is just for extra costs over the premiums. Can anybody explain?

To put this in context taking into account our insurance premiums our health care costs are about 9% of our income.

Thanks for your help,
