hello Everyone,
i just had on 6th December 2016 a transferwise money transfer to Asia whit my Creditcard.
before sending the Money i needed, which was CHF100 or CHF150 depending on rate and fee.
at first i typed the amount of CHF100 to see how much this will be in recipient currency but when i proceeded to the next step:
-> the system shows me CHF1000 as the Amount to be send.
-> surprised i was, i cancelled it and went back to verified if this was my mistake, then i realyzed the amount i need to send is exactly the correct one mention (CHF100)
then receive a cancellation mail from Transferewise the same times

-> then i tried a second times to see again if iam the one doing the mistake
-> this times i typed the same amount again CHF 100 and proceeded:
same thing happened again showing me CHF 1000 i cancelled it again and went back to veryfied if i was the one doing the mistake

->third times i tried again whit the same amount CHF100 and the same thing happened again showing we higer amount then what i really want to send and tiped initialy
->I then proceeded this time, thinking this is certainly an intern information for the System or a Mistake from Transferewinse and my initial Amount should be taking in consideration but this wasnt the case after finishing the transaction i received this Mail from Transferwise:
Hi Xxxxx,
We’ve received your money and will soon start your transfer
There's nothing else you need to do. Next, we will convert your funds and transfer the payment to your recipient shortly.
You can view the status of your transfer online.
->This times they dont mention how much i hve send and the amount my recipient will receive
-> my recipient received a mail saying that she will receive exactly CHF991,46 in her local currency in Asia.
Knowing the amount she had to receive she told me there´s a mistake because the moey is too much

Both your payment #12598268 and #12598233 have been cancelled before we received the money to complete them. Your payment #12598315 has been completed, and the KRW has been transferred to your recipient as you requested when you created the payment.
When you create your payment on your TransferWise profile, you can enter the amount you want to send to your recipient in the top white box of the currency converted, by default this is set to 1000 but you can change the amount if you want to send a different amount to your recipient.
