I could not find the 7.2% annualised CHF return in the link you shared. In CGTs own literature they quote 8.4% GBP annualised since Jan 2020. That would be a bit under 5% annualised in CHF. Still seems quite good considering the low drawdowns

I used the starting price (323p) according to FT (see their "charts", change to MAX and daily price [the clock icon], and mouseover to the left) in CHF (exchange rate 2.50), likewise for Friday's close, and annualised the return over the 30 years. You probably use a similar e/r for 2000, so the annualised e/r loss will be higher.
