Tax return for work in Switzerland in 2012?

Hello this is my first message!
I did a short seasonal job in 2012 in Switzerland, and only now, after working as a seasonal worker in Uk and having the same need, I find out that if I'm below the no tax area I can have my taxes back.
I'm quite unexperienced as you can get, and at that time I had no idea it was possible.
So first of all, considering that in the attached image below there is all of my income for the weeks I worked (and my only income for that fiscal year), do you have any idea if I'm eligible for tax return?
In case I'm, am I still in time to apply for it, and could you address me to the procedure?
On this link the full image with my fiscal data

Below a preview, but I suppose it's too small, better the full image reachable from the link on top

Than you and have a great day!

Re: Tax return for work in Switzerland in 2012?

Please have a look at a few threads here. In the search box type in keywords, for example, 'swiss tax refund', there a few threads which will give you useful information. From what I have found there after 10 seconds of reading: even after you submit the required form, you may have to wait a year or close to two years for the refund.
Read here as well to see if you are actually eligible for such a refund http://www.expatica.com/ch/finance/T...nd_101589.html.

Re: Tax return for work in Switzerland in 2012?

I just might be wrong, but I understand your tax claim would need to have been made before May 2013.

In the UK you tax would be considered over 12 months, and your earnings might be under the taxable threshold, and you might get some back.

I don't think it works like that here: the period concerned would be the period you were registered to live here, and this is probably the same period you worked here. So the tax would be correctly deducted.

The Swiss tax office where you last worked, as an employee, is responsible for your tax affairs.

Re: Tax return for work in Switzerland in 2012?

I've not yet found a definite answer, but still reading online. Of course I meant tax refund, not return as you probably understood!
As for the canton to whom I'm supposed to refer, my company was from Nyon (Vaud), but the location where I was working was in Valais. I suppose I should refer to the latter?
