house abroad

Hello,

I have a question related to declaring or not an abroad house in Switzerland.
I have a house in mortgage in Spain but I am living and working in Switzerland. I have a B permit and I pay Quellensteuer. What do I have to do here? Do I have to declare in Switzerland the house which I have in Spain together with my sister (she is living in this house)? If yes, where should I go?

Many thanks for the help

Re: house abroad

If you're required to file a tax declaration here, then yes, you're supposed to declare it in there. Until they ask you to file the declaration, you don't need to go anywhere or do anything about it.

Re: house abroad

If your gross yearly income exceeds 120k they will ask you to file eventually
