HappyCerberus has no particular reputation at present
USD and EUR credit cards, any good options?
With the new UBS fee for CHF payments abroad, I'm in a loss-loss situation.

Czech banks do not offer USD/EUR credit cards. Are there any good EU wide solutions?

If you want to continue having a cc in CHF, why don't you look at Banque Migros' they do CHF EUR USD cards, they also offer prepaid cards in USD and EUR, and being Migros will (should) be cheaper, also look at COOP and Migros Visa credit cards.
