chance of changing mortgage to another bank. any advise

I'm asking it for a friend who need some urgent advice.

The are having 10 years fixed mortgage plan on their apartment in Lausanne but is about to finish in few months. They want to have another mortgage plan but with 'another bank'.

Her husband (french currently permit C) has just got a job in France (that means their family have to move to France). The new company has no connection with France and also make it clear they will make the payroll in local (france) bank account.

They've checked out that the 2A, 3A and 3B actually couldn't be a collateral if they don't reside in switzerland anymore

Their question is : what is his chance of getting a new mortgage with a 'new' bank? ....any advice will be welcomed.
