Transferwise are difficult for this i find.

The delay may also be to do with fact the US was shut yesterday for Columbus day
Just an update, my transactions went through

I was able to use my TransferWise Debit card to pay off my Barclaycard.

I tried this with my Revoult card and that did not work as it is a "pre-paid" card.

Re: Transferwise Borderless account

Question for the savvy:

Finally, I got around to setting up a TW account. I transferred a small amount (100 CAD) just to test the waters, and it cost me .61 cents. If I transfer this amount into my CHF account, would I pay again (I think so...)? That would mean paying fees twice.

The question is: Is it possible to make this transfer in one go, without stationing the money in the TW account, and pay the fee only once?

Thanks!

Re: Transferwise Borderless account

If I am understanding your question, I think you need to set up your TW account with multiple currencies; CHF and CAD. Then, when you have the 100 CAD, you can convert it to CHF IN the TW app. I believe there is a small fee for this, depending on the currencies involved.

I have my TW acct set up with USD, GBP and Euro and I can set it up with as many currencies as desired with no fees.

Good luck.

PS - TW has great customer service. I think you can use their real time chat and ask directly.
