Double Taxation - germany and switzerland

Hello All,

I am a permanent employee of a company, based in Switzerland. As a part of project assignment, currently i am working in germany and has spent 130 Working days in this calendar year, on a "van Der Elst visa". I have regular salary debited every month in switzerland and I earn per-diems in Gemany.

In this regard, I was wondering, I would be interested to know, how the taxation works ? Do I need to pay taxes in both the countries - Switzerland and Germany ?

Thanks for your reply
