Hello. 😊 We have some debt still in the uk on credit cards and would like to do a 0% balance transfer so we can stop paying interest and clear it quicker.

My partner and I both live in Switzerland and make good saleries with Swiss companies. We can use the in law's address in the uk.

I'm not sure what evidence of salary they need or how it would work? Does anyone have any experience or advice on this subject? Thanks.

Just pay it off, with your good Swiss salaries?

You'll have no credit history at the in-laws' address, and no corroborating evidence (proof of address, household bill etc).

Then many Ts and Cs require UK residency.

You'd be making a false statement and declaring it true, thus also risking your in-laws credit history in case.

GBP exchange rate just got better too...

If paying it off is not an option you could I guess take a loan here which would be much better interest rate than a UK credit card and pay it off with that.

Then you are not "cheating" about address etc.
