Yes. Which for many employees is a meaningful, though not the majority of their pension savings.

For most people it will be the majority & in many cases !00%.

Well I know many companies that only pay the minimum required by law, that still covers average Swiss earnings so in reality only a small minority of higher earners will have substantial additional pension.

Very pleased I cashed 100% of mine 2.5 years ago & invested in Fundsmith.
