US broker new account (W-8BEN)

Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of opening a new account at TD Ameritrade, but I have a doubt concerning the W-8BEN form, in the line 10 regarding special rates and conditions, should I put article 12, 0% on royalties?

Re: US broker new account (W-8BEN)

But why? Do you own any copyright of literary, artistic, or scientific work (but not including motion pictures, or films, tapes or other means of reproduction for use in radio or television broadcasting), any patent, trademark, design or model, plan, secret formula or process, or other like right or property, or information concerning industrial, commercial, or scientific experience, that you plan to make available for use by Ameritrade and for which they want to pay you?

Art. 10 with 15% will apply automatically, no need to mention it.

Line 10 is for special conditions, like you want 5% tax because you control 10+% of a company - that's the sort of things you could mention there
