oneoff tax declaration - "Einmalige straflose selbstanzeige"

I am planning on making a oneoff tax declaration ("Einmalige straflose Selbstanzeige") as I have a house in Spain which I had previously not declared (yes, I know, I should have declared it).
Has anyone else been in a similar situation and gone through with this procedure? I need to do it in Kanton Zug but don't see anything specific on the Steueramt website about it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Donít declaring the market value, but a much lower figure. The Swiss authorities donít seem to worry and certainly are not in a position to check or dispute it...

Thanks, "cadastral" values have recently been revised in Spain and I have received a government document which puts the value of my flat at about half it's market value.
I am curious though about how to go about making this declaration?
