US W-8BEN for Reward

I got a bug bounty from a US based hacker program but they need an W-8BEN from me. I'm Swiss and I live in Switzerland. From my understanding I need to claim tax treaty benefits in the form, otherwise I will lose 30%. The form is pretty straight forward except for the tax treaty benefits part (screenshot attached). I found the treaty here:
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-trty/swiss.pdf

But I have no idea what article, reason etc. to put, specifically for Switzerland. Does anyone here have any idea about this stuff?

You don't answer that question, you don't qualify for any 'special rate'

Re: US W-8BEN for Reward

There is no special rate. See memorandum of understanding about witholding tax on Dependent Personal Services income under Articel 15

Quote:
It is understood that nothing shall preclude a Contracting State from withholding tax from such payments according to its domestic laws. However, if according to the provisions of these Articles, such remuneration or income may only be taxed in the other Contracting State, the firstmentioned Contracting State shall make a refund of the tax so withheld upon a duly filed claim. Such claim must be filed with the tax authorities that have collected the withholding tax within five years after the close of the calendar year in which the tax was withheld.
