Hi,
I was wondering if there is an equivalent of S&P 500 index for the SIX stock exchange. Any hint is appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks | | | | | The only problem is 3 stocks are about 65% of the index of 20 companies, so hardly any diversification.

Which is why the SLI with its 10% cap per company may be the better choice.

I suspect past performance would have been less if the cap existed historically.

According to you that should be impossible as the index composition isn't rule-based.
You know the actual composition, plus a stock's cap where applicable, that's all you need.

Could you do the calculation since 1987 if it's really that easy?

The opposite of "impossible" isn't "easy". Logic really isn't your forte.

You're utterly illogic again. | | | | | So other than you calling me out, you have not helped ask the question. I assumed you were trying to help, which probably makes me the bigger fool here.
