Tax on imputed rental value bought at end of year
Hi everyone, I have a question for the experts or anyone in the same situation with me.
I bought an appartment at the end of 2018, to be precice on 15th of December 2018.
Now while doing the tax declaration I am declaring the imputed rental value which is something like 20K based on the paper I received by the Gemeinde and this and goes of course on top of my income.. But since I only had the house for only 15 days in 2018 I find it weird that I have to put the whole 20K imputed rental value.. Shouldnt it be pro-rated based for only those 15 days? But there is no mention about this in the tax declaration instructions..
