| | Zurich Airport best ATM to get CHF?
I will need to withdraw some cash CHF from an ATM at Zurich Airport. What is the best way (cheapest bank)?
I will be using UK bank cards (Lloyds or Citibank).
Any advice?
I think that would be cheaper than using my bank card on debit transactions.

Swiss ATM normally do not charge you and the GPB-CHF conversion rate is set by your bank.
In conclusion: Any UBS, CS, ZKB, Raiffeisen, or Postfinance ATM (the latter might accept cards which the former don't and vice versa)
The Travellex ATMs might charge fees.

I want to avoid getting another card I think it is a hassle. I will open a CHF account though.

Get Revolut.
You can have it in GBP, CHF, USD, and a million other currencies. No bank comes close to their currency conversions.
Don’t like Revolut? Get Transferwise.

You load £200 on Revolut. You arrive at ZRH and go to any ATM. Put the card in and ask for f200. ATM spits that out. Revolut converts that to £ and deducts that from your balance. Beware rates on the weekend often are not as good as during the week, but still better than the banks.
OR
You load £200 on Revolut and convert this to CHF at the prevailing rate. At ZRH you take f200 and Revolut deducts that from your CHF balance. No fees, no charges, you control the exchange rate.

No, works on a percentage
Whatever you do, it won't be cheap

Whatever you do, it won't be cheap | | | | | Not really. Most banks will cap the fee they charge for a withdrawal. Therefore it is cheaper to take 500 out once than take 100 5 times.
I actually decided to open a CHF account and use my debit card as a local card. If this is not ready on time then I will take out some cash.
