Taxation levels when family living abroad

Hello all,
Looking through my payslips and online calculators I am unable to correctly figure it out on which category I am sorted.., every month seems a different tax rule not sure if they just need to get an yearly taxation level or whatever and HR didn't convinced me
I live and work in Lausanne area and they (Vaud canton) have some letter categories with an designated tax level for example A0 is single with no kids A2 is single with 2 kids while B2 is married with 2 kids
Looking on my payslips and comparing with that table I am unable to determine my category
As mentioned I am working in Swiss but my wife and 2 kids are still living in Romania, can any of you guys tell me which is the category that applies to me?
Am I considered a single guy without kids? though I saw I can ask for family allowance even if my kids are abroad
Thanks

Single with no kids if they don't live here.
