Document - proof of income received / taxes paid

Hello to all. I recently (2018) moved to Switzerland (Geneva) from Greece for work. I am on a B permit.

The tax office in Greece is requesting that I provide them proof of income received and taxes paid in Switzerland during 2018. I have this document from my employer (I assume due to being taxed at source). However, the tax office requires a state - public document.

It should be fairly simple to get but, perhaps due to my complete lack of French knowledge, I have not been able to get this document or even find out how / where to ask for it. I've been to the AFC already but when I tried to explain what I needed, they gave me a different document (tax residency) which does state I am taxed at source, but not the amount of income or tax, which is what I need.

When I tried to explain this to some locals and asked them if they knew what I was talking about, they just looked at me blankly. I tried the cantonal web site, going through pages with google translate, but I had no luck there either. If anyone has any idea what this document is called in French, and where I need to go to ask it from, it would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section - wasn't sure if it fit the government section or here.

Thank you.

Re: Document - proof of income received / taxes paid

The Canton Zurich has the following request form:
https://www.steueramt.zh.ch/dam/fina...ende_okt13.pdf

In Geneva you can get an "Attestation de soumission à l'impôt à la source". Hopefully it will show income and tax paid.
https://www.ge.ch/obtenir-document-f...t-impot-source
Furtermore there is an "Attestation de revenus" and a "Attestation d'assujettissement à l'impôt à la source"
https://www.ge.ch/obtenir-document-f...s-particuliers

Send a letter to the listed address, with all requested documents, request all three "Attestations", and maybe also explain what the Greeks want
