Tax Questions

Hello All,

I live in Basel Land, I am Portuguese and I have a permit B.

In 2019 my annual gross income was above 120.000 CHF due to bonus in stocks and money.

Can I fill a normal tax declaration to normalize the rate through the entire year and get a tax return?

I also put some money into pillar 2 and 3.

Thanks for your help!
