Satzbestmmende Vermögen

I dont know the English name. But is there a table that shows the rates according to the value.
For example if one had land in another country worth 300000 dollars then at what rate in CH would it be calculated as wealth? It's not taxed here but it does determine the " tax rate".

Maybe the answers given here to Questions 1 & 2 help, but these are for Fribourg CH and may be canton specific (in German)
