Now, I would like to downgradte that because I am paying around 80chf/month. I think I can do on the phone.

Before I do, I would like to ask you how can I do that on the phone? I am quite sure that they will resist not to quit. So what is your suggestion and how is the procedure?

For example, will they send me new credit cards? My IBAN numbers will change?
