BVG Statement - what is Minimum BVG/LPP ?

Firstly what is the difference between LPP and BVG ?

Second What is the difference between minimum benefits and vested benefits ?
And what does each apply to?

I am hoping to take this as a lump sum payment on leaving Switzerland - I am 63 years old.

And hopefully it is the bigger of these 2 amounts.

Thanks in advance for any help
