Did anybody use Changing banks service from UBS?

I am currently in BEKB, will move in Wallis and have to change the bank. To make it easier for me, decided to go to UBS, not Walliser canton bank.

This service looks quite handy. Nowhere it is writen that you have to pay for it.

Being that we're in Switzerland and you're talking about UBS, I wouldn't expect anything for free.

However on the fact sheet it does say "Take advantage of our free service and make an appointment for a personal consultation."
