Moving from Switzerland to Germany, capital gain tax

I have accumulated some stocks while living in Switzerland, but I'm planning to move to Germany in a couple of years.

Can Germany tax me 25% (regular capital gain tax there) if I sell stocks that I bought 5 years ago while in Switzerland?

E.g. I bought 10 stocks of company Acme at 1000$ each in 2016. When I move to Germany in 2021 they are at 2000$ each. If I was going to sell them in 2022, at that 2000$ price, would I have to pay 25% of my 10.000$ gain?

If this was the case I was thinking about selling and rebuying for example (and hopefully not being classified as proffesional investor)
