Looking for a community accountant in Luzern

Hi all,

I need to make a tax declaration for the first time. I have some small questions of unclear points. I have heard that there are many times community accountant consultant for a low fee (similar to a housing law consultant). If you know how to reach them or how they are called I would be happy to know.
I asked in the bank, they don't offer help, and say it exists and don't know its name. When I ask the authorities they couldn't care less about giving an answer...

Did you ask your tax office if anyone could help you go through the document and answer your questions? Here in Fribourg canton they actually arrange several sessions during Feb/March when people can come and ask questions about their tax returns.

In canton Vaud you can meet with someone from the tax office for free and in our experience they were super helpful. We had newbie questions about declaring e.g. expenses for travel and food for work, and in the end we found we were able to declare quite a lot more than we thought we could, and saved a lot of money. I'd recommend asking the tax office directly.

Indeed, that's what I did when I moved to Ticino for my first declaration. Even got some guy who spoke fluent American.
