Notarized Translation

hello
i'm trying to open a savings account with the state department federal credit union. they request a notarized translation of a recent utilities bill.

i wanted to ask if anyone can recommend a place to have this notarized. i wrote to the u.s. embassy in bern to ask if they could notarize such a document. but as haven't received a reply yet i thought i would inquire here as well.
thanks for any help.
jason

Re: Notarized Translation

The City of Zurich offers a proof of residence in English. Comes with stamp and signature.

If needed you can add an apostille on top that as well. Couldn't be more official.
