Revolut IBAN CH how should I fill out domestic transfer form ?

Hi there,

I wanted to get me transfered some little bonifications to my revolut account. Does anyone know how it works to get money transfered to your account through the IBAN CH. My company requires IBAN CH...

1) it's unclear to me which First Name/Last Name or company Name should I must tell the company to transfer to ?

CH 37 0483 5284 2385 **** *
and then REVOLUT LTD, LONDON UK as recipient's name ?

Seems weird to me to tell someone to transfer your money to an account where your first/last name doesn't show up clearly...

2) I'm aware that you have to fill up the payment order with a reference number which is if I'm right your Revolut account number... It's unclear to me on which part of the transfer order should I ask the company to mention it ?

-Reference ?
-Notification Line ?
-Booking Text ?

Thanks for your help
