Pension fund for Nanny working privately

I started a nanny job and my employer is a family.

They need to organise a pension fund for me....

a) what's the simplest way to do this ?

b) what's the best (financially) way to do this, and

c) are there some good pension funds to choose from ?

I already have a reasonable amount of money from my previous 10 years work, it's in the holding account and I don't want to lose out... It seems you have to put the funds together and move them whenever you move employers... and it seems quite complex to set up an individual pension fund for just one employee...

Good Morning
I am also struggling to work out this pension malarkey.
I am wondering if it is better to just go and speak to someone, but I have no idea where to start...... good luck x

Ah, I just found a link - there is a simplified system directly with BVG/SOBI for this purpose (domestic work).

There is a small video link on this website, with the rest of the information in German.

We also use Stiftung Auffangeinrichtung BVG (https://web.aeis.ch/) for our Tagesmutter - I am not saying they necessarily offer you the best pension as we have only used them for a couple of years, but they seem fairly straightforward to deal with.

Hello, I am also an experienced nanny and I do suggest you to join Swiss Nanny Association, swissnanny.org (there is also a fb page) and you will get all the answers about our job and get to know an amazing fellow nannies from all over Switzerland.
