What's the point of savings account with no interests?

Hi all,
I am looking into bank accounts, and noticed that UBS has 0% interest rates on savings account, but it also has the limit for withdrawal of large sums without notice (see https://www.ubs.com/ch/en/private/interest-rates.html).

I don't really understand if I am missing something here: why would I keep money in such an account?
How long have the interests been 0? I read a few posts from years ago that suggested they were higher.

Not that the interests rates in other banks are high enough to justify keeping a savings account either, but at least you get something back.
