Claiming refund of "retrozessionen" on Swiss investment funds

The NZZ is again reporting that Swiss banks are holding billions in non-refunded "retrozessionen" on Swiss investment funds that are owed to customers. Retrozessionen are finder's fees, "kickbacks", etc. that were improperly charged by banks and insurance companies on investment funds and structured products sold to their customers.

After 10 years the statute of limitations expires on reclaiming these improper retrozessionen so it is better to make a claim now rather than later.

This link to a Konsumentenschutz webpage contains two example letters to use when contacting a bank or insurance company for a refund:

https://www.konsumentenschutz.ch/wie...urueckfordern/

Good luck!
