Credit card? I thought everyone in the US takes credit cards.

Although Revolut or TransferWise will give you a much better exchange rate.

Ideally they have a card too, then you can transfer directly. Alternatively you can pay to a bank account, same with transfer wise. You get a better rate of exchange, people say it's free but nearer 1% in reality.

You actually don't even necessarily need the card. Get the app(on a smartphone), load it with some money of your choosing, maybe create a USD account. Pay the bill using a virtual card or a US domestic bank transfer from your account.
