WFH 2020, in VD - how to properly account for the proportional reduction

There was the general thread WFH 2020 - tax deductions but canton VD is not that generous.

The current instructions for 2020 are:

Les déductions calculées pour une année(240 jours ouvrables) doivent être réduites proportionnellement si l’activité lucrative dépendante a été exercée seulement durant une partie de l’année, si elle est exercée à la maison (télétravail) ou dans le cadre du régime de réduction de l’horaire de travail(RHT). En cas de chômage temporaire, RHT ou télétravail, la déduction pour «autres frais professionnels (code160)» n’est pas réduite.
with my translation:

Deductions calculated for a year (240 working days) must be reduced proportionally if the dependent gainful activity was carried out only during part of the year, if it is carried out at home (telework) or under the reduced work schedule (RHT) plan. In case of temporary unemployment, RHT or telework, the deduction for "other professional expenses (code160)" is not reduced.
This really makes me headaches. The application VaudTax 2.0 accepts on only number of days for travel and lunch expenses. I have been working a few months under RHT. What should I do now, enter 240 days and task them with the problem to find out how much they should reduce it or should I reduce it up-front, say 90 days * 50% reduction = 45 days plus 150 of the full-working days of the year?

Furthermore, the telework, is a Pandora's box. I worked in small company with relaxed rules, namely we work from home whenever we feel like to, in practice something like 40/60 of the year but since covid it became much more remote than the office. Yet I was always claiming 240 days, as everyone else without overthinking it. I don't think the company registered anywhere anything explicitly as telework. Bummer, I have no idea how many days I was WFH. Should I be stressed about this?
