Whilst health insurance is obligatory, it isn't deducted at source, so your take home pay in Switzerland is differently structured from the take home pay in most other countries. Indeed once you have a permanent residence permit (C-permit), your tax won't be deducted at source either.

When this discount will be done and who do this?

If you are paying tax at source, your employer will recalculate your tax deduction using the published tax tables. You find these here :

If you are not yet working in CH, you can inform your employer on your family status when you start working so they can deduct the right amount of tax at source.
