I have started to work in Zurich in September 2020 with a B permit, my wife works for the European Commission in Brussels and we have rental income in Portugal. We need someone to analyze our situation and give advice regarding what should we do. We additionally want to receive a quote for annual filling of tax declarations in all required countries.

For the properties and foreign assets I think most Truehands can handle this as its Switzerland and I suppose very common. I have also 3 countries of assets and things going on and have never had any one flag it as an issue.

This is really only the tax return though. For advice on what to do best finanically and how to juggle things when to invest etc. This is another topic. I dont know a contact who can help here

FWIW I use Dominic Suter at artax because my company pays for it. https://www.artax.ch/team. I think he specializes in international stuff / relocations etc and (despite not having actively picked him myself) I am impressed by his knowledge and particularly by his responsiveness.

He's based in Basel but did my tax return for Aargau - I don't know if he would do Zurich or not.
